Technical information

Our hosting, security and form-delivery systems may process limited technical information such as the page used, submission time, IP address, browser information, request metadata and security logs. This information may be used to operate the website, prevent abuse and investigate delivery or security problems.

Please do not send passwords, financial account details, government identification documents, sensitive personal information or other information that is not needed for a label enquiry.

3. How we use information

We may use the information you provide to:

  • receive, review and respond to your enquiry
  • understand the label, material or converting requirement
  • prepare or discuss a quotation
  • contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email
  • request missing production or artwork information

  • maintain business, enquiry and customer-service records
  • protect the website and forms from spam, misuse or security threats
  • comply with legal, regulatory, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations

We do not use a general website or quote enquiry as permission to send unrelated promotional messages. Any future marketing communication should provide an appropriate choice to opt out.

4. Where information is processed and when it is shared

Website and form information may be processed using service providers that help us host the website, secure it, deliver enquiries and operate business email.

These providers may include:

  • Amazon Web Services for website hosting, form processing, security, logging and email delivery
  • our email provider for receiving, storing and responding to enquiries
  • Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us check that enquiry forms are submitted by people rather than automated scripts
  • professional advisers, technology providers or contractors when reasonably required to support the website or the enquiry

Some providers may process information in locations where they operate. We expect service providers handling enquiry information on our behalf to use it only for the relevant service and to apply appropriate security and confidentiality measures.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, to investigate misuse or security incidents, or as part of a lawful business transfer. We do not sell personal information collected through the enquiry forms.

5. How long we retain information

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, prepare or discuss a quotation, manage follow-up and repeat supply, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

Retention periods may differ depending on whether an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, whether production or accounting records are created, and whether the information is needed for a legal requirement. When information is no longer reasonably required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. These measures may include encrypted connections, access controls, restricted cloud permissions, validation, anti-spam controls, logging and service-provider security measures.

No internet transmission, email service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please provide only the information reasonably necessary for the enquiry.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

Subject to applicable law and any information we must retain for legal or legitimate business purposes, you may contact us to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • request deletion of information that is no longer required
  • withdraw consent for processing based on your consent
  • raise a concern or complaint about how information is handled

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity or connection to the relevant enquiry before completing a request. We will respond within a reasonable period and explain if a request cannot be fully completed because information must be retained by law or for a continuing business or legal purpose.

8. Cookies and analytics

The current website may use only technical functionality needed to operate pages, forms, security and hosting. Advanced website analytics and behavioural tracking are not currently enabled.

If we later enable tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Microsoft Clarity, we will update this policy and, where required, provide an appropriate cookie or consent choice before non-essential tracking is used.

Google reCAPTCHA on enquiry forms

The Contact and Request Quote forms use Google reCAPTCHA (version 3) to check for automated abuse before an enquiry is sent. When you submit one of these forms, reCAPTCHA may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and how you interact with the form, and send it to Google to produce a risk score. We do not receive that information from Google beyond the score and basic verification result, and we do not use it to identify you.

Use of reCAPTCHA is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The reCAPTCHA badge may appear on pages with these forms.

9. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party services such as Google Maps, Google Business Profile or WhatsApp. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Miraa Labels is not responsible for how an external service handles information after you leave this website.

10. Children’s information

This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed to children. Please do not submit personal information about a child through the Contact or Request Quote forms.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, enquiry process, service providers, legal requirements or analytics configuration changes. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
